Role Description

We are hiring a Corporate Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining recruitment records and supporting hiring strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruitment

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency with recruitment platforms and ATS

Ability to plan and execute hiring strategies

Experience in technical/engineering hiring is a plus

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
