As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team.
Role And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, both online and offline
- Screen incoming resumes and applications and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hiring, preferably in Sales, BFSI, Blue Collar, or Manufacturing
- Previous experience in a staffing consultancy is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software (such as ATS)
- Good understanding of recruitment marketing techniques and best practices
- Experience with social media and job boards
