About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores across Punjab, with a strong focus on Optometrist hiring and bulk retail recruitment.

The role will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified Optometrists across Punjab, along with managing high-volume hiring for other frontline retail positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across Punjab, with a primary focus on Optometrist hiring.
• Manage bulk/volume hiring of Optometrists across multiple stores and locations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Optometrists through various sourcing channels.
• Explore and develop sourcing channels across optical retail, hospitals, clinics, institutes, local networks and relevant talent pools.
• Drive hiring for other retail roles such as Sales Associates, Store Managers and frontline positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, job fairs and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening based on qualification, relevant experience, communication skills, location preference and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with business teams and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage offer closures, candidate engagement, joining follow-ups and onboarding.
• Ensure minimum dropouts/no-shows by maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with business and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Who Are We Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, optical, healthcare, frontline or bulk hiring.
• Prior experience in Optometrist hiring will be strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Optometrist talent market and local sourcing channels.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with hiring targets and tight timelines.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and recruitment pipelines independently.
• Candidates from optical retail, healthcare, e-commerce, Q-commerce or other volume-hiring environments will be preferred.
