Team Lead and Senior Healthcare Recruiter (REMOTE ONLY)

Health Source Group is seeking for Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Team Lead who is experienced, motivated, and solution-driven professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior US healthcare staffing agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow alongside an expanding organization while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to successfully fill client staffing needs from sourcing through placement
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients and healthcare facilities
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and database searches
• Maintain consistent candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to meet recruiting goals and client expectations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
• Meet recruiting metrics, placement goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Approach challenges with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of healthcare staffing agency recruiting experience required
• Prior experience recruiting for nursing homes, long-term care facilities, schools, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred
• Experience staffing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, aides, and other healthcare professionals
• Previous account management, staffing coordination, or client relationship experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Experience working with ATS platforms, MSP programs, and healthcare staffing systems preferred
• Proficiency using job boards and recruiting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and similar tools
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment with changing priorities
