Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
