What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads across engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil, Production) to understand staffing needs and project goals.xa0
• Identify, screen/evaluate, and engage candidates whose abilities and motivations align with Kochu2019s values and vision coordinate interviews and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.xa0
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador to attract contribution-motivated talent and strengthen Kochu2019s reputation as an employer of choice.
• xa0Use data, technology, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and make informed, mutually beneficial hiring recommendations.xa0
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and professional networks.xa0

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on engineering or technical roles.xa0
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical terminology.xa0
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media outreach).xa0
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.xa0
• Proficiency in ATS and modern recruitment tools.xa0
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What Will Put You Ahead

Master's Degree or equivalent Experience working in GCCs/GBSs
