Job Title: HR Recruiter

• Location: Mumbai

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in NGO or CSR hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
