Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in non-IT roles to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
