Requirement Role Overview Workday ATS experience is mandatory- End-to-end recruitment role managing the complete hiring lifecycle.- Focus on non-IT hiring for an FMCG client.

- Ability to manage 15-20+ open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in commercial/business hiring is preferred, such as E-commerce Manager, Sales, Marketing, and other commercial functions. Mandatory Requirements- 6-8 years of recruitment experience.- Strong preference for candidates from FMCG organizations.- Candidates from Pharma can be considered only if they have OTC hiring experience.- Hands-on experience using Workday ATS is mandatory.- Experience managing both agency hiring and direct candidate hiring is required.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the hiring lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback follow-up, offer discussion, and closure.- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive hiring outcomes.- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, agency channels, referrals, and market mapping.- Ensure timely and accurate candidate status updates in Workday ATS.- Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and process discipline.
