Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Gurgoan, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. Additionally, the Recruiter will build relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers, create job descriptions, and collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing and candidate attraction techniques
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment for the commercial real estate industry is a plus
