US IT Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter, located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting IT professionals to meet client requirements. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients to support talent acquisition strategies is also a critical part of this role.

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proven experience in Hiring qualified candidates for IT and technical roles
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Past experience in US IT recruitment and knowledge of US employment laws is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred
