Qualifications And Skills

  • Sourcing (Mandatory skill) - experience in actively identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems - hands-on proficiency in ATS for managing candidate pipelines and maintaining data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter - demonstrated ability in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source, connect, and nurture relationships with prospective talent.
  • Talent Acquisition - comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, from talent mapping to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational demands.
  • Resume Review - strong ability to screen and assess resumes effectively, identifying candidates that meet the necessary requirements for each role.
  • Time Management - proven time management skills to handle multiple requisitions concurrently and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
  • Employer Branding - capability to communicate JOGO Health's vision and employer value proposition to attract top-tier candidates within the healthcare sector.
  • Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of work experience in end-to-end recruiting, preferably within healthcare, technology, or allied industries.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using digital platforms, networking, and direct outreach to build robust talent pipelines in line with business needs.
  • Utilize and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems for tracking applicant status, updating candidate records, and generating accurate reports.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements and culture fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers in Chennai and across locations to define recruitment needs, establish job requirements, and manage interview processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives by representing JOGO Health across digital platforms and professional forums, enhancing the companys market presence.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and selection procedures to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process, fostering strong relationships and a positive employer reputation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment reports, ensuring continuous enhancement of recruiting practices at JOGO Health Pvt Ltd.
