We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting for IT positions, with a strong understanding of the technical skills required in the industry. This role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Work from office.

6 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track the progress of recruitment efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and nurture a talent pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Strong networking abilities and familiarity with sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
