Shift Timing: 5 PM to 2 AM
Experience: 2-3 years
Required:
- Experience with IT/services or BPS companies
- Good English Communication
- Resume Searching and screening from different Job Portals
- Working in full lifecycle of Recruitment: Requirement Analysis, Profile Sourcing, Resume Screening, short listing suitable candidates, scheduling and organizing interviews, Salary Negotiation, Candidate engagement till closure.
