Job Description

To support and execute end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions across Department/division ensuring timely and quality hiring in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, internal databases, references, and employee referrals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate specifications.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of talent for critical and recurring roles
  • Screening & Shortlisting:
  • Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability based on technical and behavioral fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, aptitude tests, or trade tests (as per the requirement)
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback.
  • Maintain interview MIS and trackers for ongoing mandates.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Campus Hiring & Walk-ins:
  • Assist in organizing campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs for technician/GETs/Diploma Engineers.
  • Recruitment MIS & Reporting:
  • Maintain recruitment related MIS like candidate databases, weekly hiring report etc
  • Ensure timely documentation and data accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
  • Exposure to technical/engineering roles (mechanical, fabrication, production, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tools(ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight timelines

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate with MBA
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Casting/manufacturing / heavy engineering / EPC sector
