The candidate should be able to independently handle the entire recruitment process, right from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, target hunting, and initial interviewing to joining. We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter with a specialized focus on IT/Non-IT to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various domains. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Excellent understanding of recruitment of IT/non-IT skills and technologies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, from sourcing to joining, to increase brand value of the organization.
  • The candidate should have a strong understanding of document verification processes, including reviewing all educational and employment records of hiring candidates.
  • Candidate should be capable of collecting, organizing, and managing all necessary documents required for background verification, and be able to provide them to the HR team
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the IT recruitment landscape.
  • Have prior experience in corporate hiring.
  • Timely submission of resumes as per the position.
  • Identifying and processing the right candidate towards closure to achieve a positive conversion.
  • Able to follow up with the selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
  • Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
  • Manage, monitor, and improve hiring ratios like Time to Submit, Submission to joining, etc.
  • Identify bottlenecks, if any and deliberate resolution along with the TL/Manager
  • Weekly review with TL and/or manager on his/her performance.
  • Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed upon with TL/Manager and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience required: 2-4 years.
  • The candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Expert in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Organized, hardworking, and efficient time management.
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent.
  • Should be a good team player and take ownership.
  • Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
  • Must be proactive & self-driven.
  • Should have any technical degree and MBA in Human Resources
  • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or similar role, with a focus on IT recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent quickly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
