Job Summary
Infojini is looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high-volume recruitment, coordinating with stakeholders, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and social media
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate documentation
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Bulk Hiring
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring (as applicable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes
