Role Overview

A leading multinational organization is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring across India.

This role will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, ensuring timely hiring while delivering a strong candidate experience and maintaining process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth scheduling
• Ensure continuous candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS (Workday or similar systems)
• Support offer rollout and follow up with candidates to drive closures
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and documentation standards
• Assist in building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred: Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Experience in candidate sourcing and screening
• Exposure to working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Good understanding of the India talent market
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
