Job Overview:
IMS People is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in US Recruitment. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
