Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Interpret business hiring requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify, attract, and introduce IBM to top and diverse talent in the marketplace.
- Leverage market and competitive intelligence to optimize recruitment approaches.
- Demonstrate speed and quality in attracting passive talent and recommend strategies to accelerate hiring.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal recruiting teams and hiring managers to assess recruitment channel effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, candidates, and external organizations.
- Take a consultative approach with both candidates and hiring managers, providing advice and counsel throughout the process.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Leverage social media, professional networks, and industry contacts to source candidates.
- Develop an effective talent pipeline for frequently hired roles within the assigned group.
- Participate in ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategy development.
Candidate Engagement & Selection
- Conduct screening interviews and apply a variety of selection techniques.
- Provide accurate and compelling employment value propositions to potential candidates.
- Ensure full lifecycle recruitment is executed efficiently from sourcing to onboarding.
