About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Foundever. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional higher education qualifications are a plus.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
