Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are kept up to date.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruiting partners.
