Job Responsibilities
- Receive job profiles from different companies.
- Access our online portal to shortlist candidates.
- Call candidates, explain job profiles, and check suitability.
- Send job details via email and schedule interviews.
- Confirm candidate interest before the interview.
- Collect feedback after interviews.
- Submit candidate lists in a prescribed MS Excel sheet one day before interviews.
