Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Negotiate offers and close candidates
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate fit for technical and non-technical roles
Experience with ATS and job portals
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with employer branding strategies
Knowledge of local and international hiring practices
HR certification is a plus
