This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings, effectively collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting interviews, maintaining candidate records, managing job postings, coordinating recruitment processes, and building a strong network to attract top talent. The Recruiter will play an integral part in ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and aligns with the company's goals.

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Screening.
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Negotiation Skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment Tools, and Job Portals.
• Experience in conducting Interviews, handling Recruitment Processes, and maintaining organized candidate records.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong professional network in the talent market.
• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills to manage multiple hiring tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or prior recruitment experience are advantageous.
