We Are Hiring: US IT Recruiter – US Staffing
Medinext Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across multiple hiring models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals while ensuring quality submissions and timely delivery against client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
• Work on requirements from direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial HR and technical screenings
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent follow-ups
• Manage rate negotiations and offer processes
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure quick turnaround time on submissions
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US shift (night shift in India)
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with VMS tools such as Fieldglass and Beeline
• Understanding of IT technologies including Java, .NET, Cloud, and Data roles
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
