About the Role:
We are expanding our team in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, and are looking for energetic and motivated professionals for a dual position involving Lead Generation and Bench Sales Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of US work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) and an interest in the US IT staffing ecosystem.
Bench Sales Recruiter – Key Responsibilities:
• Market available bench consultants to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors
• Manage job submissions, interview coordination, and follow-ups
• Negotiate rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Work with consultants to refine resumes and improve placement success
• Ensure timely submissions and meet daily and weekly performance targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing, Lead Generation, or Bench Sales
• Strong knowledge of US visa categories: OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines
• Experience with job boards, sourcing tools, CRM or ATS platforms
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with OPT and CPT candidates from Day 1
• Existing vendor and client relationships in the US staffing market
• Understanding of US hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099
