Recruiter - Fresher

We're Hiring: HR Recruiter (Fresher / 01 Year Experience) | Bangalore

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and want to build your career in HR, this is a great opportunity.

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage scheduling

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements

Make 6070 calls daily to shortlist and engage with the right candidates

Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Work closely with internal teams to understand monthly hiring needs

01 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition (Freshers with strong interest in recruitment are welcome)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

Comfortable with making 6070 calls daily

Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
