Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruiting top talent for our R&D functions. As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates across various roles within our R&D, product, and customer success teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving talent acquisition initiatives.

About The Role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for R&D positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on R&D roles within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools/software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be expected to be in Harness Bangalore office 3x / week.
