We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory
