Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for legal positions such as paralegals and attorneys.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Build relationships with potential candidates and legal professionals in the industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for candidates.
- Stay updated on legal industry trends and candidate market.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-9 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the legal sector.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes, with experience as a paralegal or attorney being highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
