About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our expanding recruitment team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented professionals for our US-based clients within the civil engineering and architectural domains. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technical roles, skills, and industry terminologies associated with civil engineering and architecture. As a remote position based in India, this role requires working night shifts aligned with US time zones, enabling seamless communication with clients and candidates across the United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in US recruitment, particularly for engineering or architectural roles, is essential. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and industry-specific terminologies. Strong sourcing skills using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks are required. Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are vital to succeed in this role. The ability to work night shifts in alignment with US business hours, along with being detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, are key attributes for this position.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for US clients within the civil engineering and architecture sectors.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand specific hiring needs and provide suitable matches.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and talent availability in civil engineering and architecture domains.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and processes continually.
