About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across different industries, specifically for our clients in the United States. As part of the US staffing team, you will work closely with hiring managers and external partners to ensure timely and effective recruitment for both contract and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

Utilize job boards like LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, and Dice, as well as niche job portals for specialized roles.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.

Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.

Counsel candidates on job requirements, compensation packages, and career opportunities.

Collaborate with hiring managers and client representatives to understand job requirements and team needs.

Provide expert guidance to clients regarding market trends, compensation, and talent availability. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and compatibility with client needs.

Administer skill assessments or tests when necessary to evaluate technical or functional capabilities.

Coordinate with clients to extend job offers, negotiate salary, and handle the onboarding process.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation of offer details and compensation packages.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment strategies.

Provide insights to the recruiting team and management on talent market conditions and competitive offerings.

Ensure compliance with US employment laws, regulations, and internal policies during the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, resumes, interview feedback, and offer details in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and interview to-offer ratios.

Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment status and challenges. Required

Skills and Qualifications:

Deep understanding of US labor laws, visa types (e.g., H1B, TN, GC), and regulations related to staffing and employment.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Dice, etc.).

Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and other recruitment technologies.

Basic knowledge of IT or technical roles is a plus for sourcing candidates in the IT staffing domain.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients professionally.

Ability to effectively negotiate job offers and communicate expectations clearly.

Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
