This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Faridabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing insights to improve the recruitment process. The Recruiter will assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder management
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
