About the Opportunity
RAY HR Consultancy is currently managing a large volume of hiring mandates across the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector and is looking to partner with dedicated and result-oriented recruiters who can support ongoing recruitment requirements.
We are looking for recruitment partners who can:
Handle 8–10 active positions simultaneously
Share 2–3 quality, relevant CVs daily against assigned requirements
Source strong candidates across BFSI functions, including:
• Banking
• Wealth Management
• Stock Broking
• Life Insurance Sales
• General Insurance Sales
• Financial Advisory
• Other BFSI-related roles
Work consistently and maintain quality hiring standards
Commercials
Revenue Share: 50% of the payout received from the respective client
Payment Cycle: 45–90 days from successful closure and client payment
