Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in West Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role will also involve building relationships with hiring managers, understanding staffing needs, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additional duties may include updating job postings, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sourcing and Screening Resumes, including using job boards, social media, and other tools to identify potential candidates
• Skills in Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Candidate Relationship Management
• Experience in Recruitment Strategies and Talent Acquisition approaches
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems and maintain organized recruitment records
• Knowledge of industry trends and hiring best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is highly preferred
