This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Aruppukkottai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining an active talent pipeline, creating job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will stay updated on industry hiring trends and suggest innovative strategies to attract top talent.

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Proficiency in creating job descriptions and managing applicant tracking systems
• Ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and understand hiring needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on delivering results
• Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
