Job Description

We are looking for a highly efficient Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist who has a strong track record of hiring across junior to senior roles, excellent sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience working in a client-based recruitment model. The ideal candidate has strong closure skills, understands hiring urgency, and ensures smooth scheduling and coordination with client-side interviewers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Creation

  • Source candidates using all major channels:
  • LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, internal database, referrals, networking, Boolean etc.
  • Build a strong pipeline for immediate & future hiring needs.
  • Identify passive talent and convert them into active applicants.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic evaluations.
  • Assess skills, experience, cultural fit, notice period, compensation expectations, and role suitability.
  • Prepare and share high-quality, well-filtered profiles with clients.

3. Strong Closer

  • Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and follow-ups.
  • Reduce drop-outs by maintaining continuous candidate engagement.
  • Demonstrated history of good closures across senior & junior roles.

4. Client Interaction & Coordination

  • Work closely with client HR/line managers to understand JD, requirement priority, and expectations.
  • Schedule interviews with client-side interviewers and manage logistics.
  • Provide updates to clients on sourcing progress, challenges, and solutions.

5. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate trackers for submitted profiles, interview stages, and feedback.
  • Follow structured recruitment SLAs and TATs.
  • Ensure a clean, professional candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sourcing and closing roles in a recruitment consultancy or client-delivery model.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, Boolean search, and passive hiring techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and niche roles efficiently.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with urgency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling both tech & non-tech roles.
  • Prior experience communicating directly with client HR/interviewers.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, closures, offer drops, etc.).
