Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Manage offer rollouts and follow-ups
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and policies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in IT recruitment (preferred)
