We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage offer rollouts and follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Required Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and policies
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in IT recruitment (preferred)
