Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Resume Screening: Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Interview Coordination & Selection: Support hiring managers in scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing recommendations.
  • Compensation Negotiation: Discuss and finalize compensation packages with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Recruitment Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment progress for reporting and compliance purposes.
