We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for complex and niche technology roles. The role requires deep understanding of IT skill sets, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, competitive talent market.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles, including niche and critical positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
Technical Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct in-depth technical screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and role alignment.
- Assess candidates across multiple technology stacks such as software development, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
- Validate resumes for technical depth, career progression, stability, and authenticity.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and realistic hiring timelines.
- Manage candidate expectations, compensation discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Process Excellence & Compliance
- Drive recruitment process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports using ATS and internal trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team skill development.
- Share best practices in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 0-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (corporate or staffing agency).
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles across multiple technology domains.
- Strong track record of closing senior, niche, or hard-to-fill IT positions.
