Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including understanding job requirements, creating JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Source talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, headhunting, and industry events.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve quality of hire, hiring speed, and employer branding.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring requirements.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for various roles and functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition within corporate environments.
