Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our Middle East operations (UAE, Oman, Kuwait). The role involves partnering with regional HR leaders to deliver efficient hiring for technical and engineering roles. Prior experience in oil & gas / EPC / technical recruitment and bulk hiring is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct search.
- Build strong pipelines for high-demand technical roles.
2. Screening & Assessment
- Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct preliminary technical evaluations before shortlist submission.
3. Interview Coordination
- Manage interview scheduling across countries and time zones.
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Offer & Onboarding Support
- Handle offer discussions and negotiations.
- Coordinate with HR teams for seamless onboarding.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate data in HRIS/ATS.
- Prepare hiring reports and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required Expertise
- 58 years of technical/engineering recruitment experience.
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction hiring.
- Experience in bulk/mass hiring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder handling & negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
