Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office role for a Recruiter. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, managing job postings, evaluating applicant qualifications, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. You will also maintain recruitment records and contribute to continuous improvements in the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing
  • Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to create effective job postings and utilize various hiring platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in hiring for tech or ed-tech sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
