Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end

domestic recruitment, including engineering and non-engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding

Post jobs and maintain candidate database

Schedule interviews and follow-ups

Assist in offer rollout and onboarding process

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Support bulk/volume hiring requirements

Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets

Required Skills :

Basic understanding of domestic recruitment (India market)

Exposure to IT or Non-IT hiring (Engineering hiring is a plus)

Knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
