Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Recruiters who have an existing client base and proven experience in high-volume hiring through Indeed. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment capabilities, established client relationships, and the ability to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for multiple open positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring projects.
• Leverage Indeed and other job portals to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Bring existing clients, hiring requirements, or established client relationships.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Manage multiple job openings while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and staffing.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Indeed for high-volume candidate sourcing.
• An existing client base or established relationships with hiring companies.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver results independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
