As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for US-based clients while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Boolean Search & Job Portals

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures

Collaborate with the internal team to achieve hiring targets

and looking for Experience Upto 6 months in Voice process

2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs

BE/B. Tech (All Streams), MCA, MBA, M. Sc (CS/IT)

Strong English communication skills

Basic IT knowledge

Willingness to work in the US Night Shift

Passion for Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
