Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across UK and European clients

Understand client requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, and hiring priorities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels

Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and assess suitability for roles

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, clients, and internal teams

Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements

Work closely with recruitment leads and delivery teams to meet hiring targets and timelines

Stay updated on UK and European IT hiring trends, in-demand skills, and market expectations

Who Should Apply

Candidates with 2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and candidate sourcing methods

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Comfortable working with international clients and managing time-zone differences

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a target-driven environment

Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards, and ATS platforms is an added advantage
