Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to find and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment practices.
