Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Jaipur. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Interviewing
  • Proficiency in Recruitment Tools, Tracking Systems, and Database Management
  • Strong Communication, Coordination, and Decision-Making Skills
  • Basic Understanding of Employment Laws and HR Policies
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
